Aerial Lift & Rental Fleet Painting
Rental and equipment fleets live outside, get handled by different operators every week, and pick up grease, rust, dings, and dents fast. Scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers all show wear in the same places — chassis, arms, decking, and hydraulics — and when a machine looks rough on the lot or the jobsite, it reflects on the company renting it out.

Heavy Truck & Water Truck Painting
Dump trucks, water trucks, service trucks, and tankers run in conditions that wear paint fast — road salt, gravel, constant loading and unloading, and in the case of water trucks, a tank exterior that's wet more often than it's dry. That combination accelerates corrosion on frames, undercarriages, and tank shells in ways a standard automotive-grade finish isn't built to handle.

Presses, Heat Treat Equipment & Heat Exchangers
Fixed heavy machinery is a different problem than fleet equipment — it usually can't be moved, which means the work happens in place, around your production schedule, without shutting the line down any longer than necessary. Stamping presses, hydraulic presses, conveyors, and mixers all take grease, chips, and years of shop-floor wear that standard cleaning alone won't fix. Heat treat furnaces, ovens, quench equipment, and heat exchangers are their own category entirely. These run hot, often well above what standard industrial enamel can tolerate before it chalks, blisters, or fails outright. We spec coating systems — including high-temperature-rated primers where continuous heat exposure demands it — to the equipment's actual service temperature, not a generic shop-floor finish.

How Equipment & Machine Painting Works
1. Degrease & Clean
Full degreasing and pressure washing removes grease, oil, and field contamination before any prep work starts.
2. Surface Prep
Sanding, spot rust treatment, or abrasive blasting depending on the substrate and how much damage the machine has taken.
3. Masking
Hydraulics, electrical components, control panels, decals, and safety labels are carefully masked before spraying begins.
4. Primer & Finish Coat
Primer matched to the substrate and service conditions, followed by an OEM-match or spec finish coat built for daily use.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you match OEM equipment colors exactly?
Yes. We color-match to the manufacturer's original paint code whenever it's on file — Genie, JLG, Caterpillar, and most major equipment brands use documented factory codes. If the code isn't available, we match from a physical sample off the machine.
Can equipment stay in service while it's being painted, or does it need to come offline?
Fixed machinery like presses and heat treat equipment we often work around in place, scheduled around your production. Mobile fleet equipment — lifts, trucks — needs to be down for the job itself, but we batch-schedule fleet work so any single machine is off the lot for the shortest time possible.
Do you handle high-temperature equipment like heat treat furnaces and heat exchangers?
Yes. Heat treat furnaces, ovens, and heat exchangers need coating systems rated for sustained operating temperature — standard industrial enamel breaks down fast under that kind of heat. We spec high-temperature primers and topcoats to the equipment's actual service temperature.
Can you paint an entire rental or service fleet, not just one piece of equipment?
Yes — fleet work is a regular part of what we do. We can set up a recurring rotation so equipment gets refinished as it cycles through maintenance, rather than pulling your whole fleet down at once.
Do you come to our facility, or does equipment need to come to you?
Both, depending on the equipment. Large or fixed machinery is painted in place at your facility. Smaller components and equipment that can be transported can also be blasted and coated at our own shop — see our in-house shop blasting capability.
